‘n Jong dogertjie sien hom,

A forgotten town in the middle of nowhere.
A community that has built a fence against the world outside.
A stranger appears in the distance; hungry, thirsty and burnt by the sun.
A young woman sees him.
She decides to let him in.

Marina Nel, Die Burger, 2 Feb. 2011

“What makes this play such a wonderful little gem is the way it tells its story. Fleishman has drawn out a sensitive and vivid depiction of a whole range of characters from the cast. They are all exceptional. DIE VREEMDELING is a triumph of both content and form.”
Tyrone August, Cape Times, 2 Feb. 2011
