Sivuyile is 23 years old and lives in Khayelitsha. As a scholar he received numerous acting awards at the Artscape High School Drama Festival.
Lwanda is 25 years old and lives in Delft. He is a coordinating director of Sophumelela Theatre Group and an actor. He has also made a name for himself in poetry circles, by performing with well-known South African poets.
Stacy is 19 years old and lives in Strandfontein. She matriculated in 2010, and spent some time at New Africa Theatre Academy in 2011.
Anelisa is 22 years old and lives in Delft South. She is active in Community Drama groups and a member of the Rainbow Arts Organisation. Anelisa had a baby in 2012 and is splitting her training time between office duties and performance skills classes.
Dustin is 19 years old and from Eerste River. He matriculated from an Arts and Culture focus school in 2011 with 84% in Dramatic Arts. He was accepted into UCT Drama Department at the end of 2012.
Marlon is 19 years old and matriculated at Eerste River High School in 2011 receiving 77% in Dramatic Arts. He was accepted into UCT Drama School at the end of 2012.
Musa is 22 years old. She is part of the Africa Jam Theatre Organisation in Makhaza Khayelitsha. She worked on the music for Thabo Mbeki and other Nightmares in 2011.
Rozanne has been part of Magnet’s Community Development work in Clanwilliam since its inception. She is now 19 years old and relocating to Cape Town for the duration of the training programme.
Yonela Sithela completed a year’s theatre training on 2009, of Performing Arts and graduated at New Africa Theatre. She also became part of the Lab on the following year which was In 2010 she joined the New Africa Lab and performed in the Robben Island Story.  In 2011 she did Bash Or Be Bashed at Artscape, directed by Thoko Ntshinga and Indonga Ziwelene by Ntombesizwe Tena. Yonela was a member of the Fulltime Training and Job Creation programme at Magnet Theatre between 2012 and 2013. In 2014 She did SECRET FLAMES performed at Water Front School Of Theatre directed by Sisipho Mbopa and BLOOD STAIN at ArtsCape directed by Bulelani Mabutyana. On 2015 she has done AMAZA at ArtsCape, directed by Thoko Ntshinga and done NOMALI MASAMBE directed by Peggy Mmatato. She has been part of the EPWP at Magnet Theatre and now she works as a Culture Gangs facilitator in the townships.
In 2016, She was part of the “Miriam Makheba and the Musical’’ production that performed here in Cape Town and toured America.
